Interview
Gatis Kreicbergs
02:07-02:35(lv) Started because I wanted to learn industrial welding. Bought a welding machine, poorly working. I started to try and the only thing that got under hands - parts from bicycles. Firstly, I made a chopper. It certainly was not working as it should. I realized that I need to change. While changing, already bought another welding machine. Now this and earn of money and as a hobby.
02:35-02:54(lv) during the First year I counted, how much bikes I’ve made. When there were more than 200, I stopped counting. No time even to photograph everything I make. I think, there are around 300 bikes made, approximately.
02:54-03:18(ru) I'm basically redoing the bicucles. There are ones that live their second and third life. I look at the bike and the idea comes about what you can do with it to make it work. There is a lot to experiment, to perform test drives.
