01:30-02:09 (En) The work of the centre will not only apply to Ukraine and eastern Europe, but also to the United states. This information campaign that's been raged is not a new form, but has certainly increased dramatically over the last couple of years. Also, cyber attacks has affected all of the NATO including the USA. I think the center will be a very important institution to help us in this new form, I mast be frank, of war affair that is going on, as far, as NATO is concerned.
