Lithuanian freight carriers are concerned

Having heard these conversations, we even received a printed letter in Russian, which indicated that not only to Lithuanian, but also to carriers of the Baltic countries. But the main thing is that the letter is signed by the administration, and it is not indicated what kind of administration it is, which state, etc. What we managed to do was telephone conversations with employees of the Lithuanian Embassy in Belarus. They asked if there were any decisions or decrees of the government of Belarus or the presidential administration. It was clearly stated that there were no documents, no decisions or decrees. Yesterday we talked with BAMAPAS, an association of carriers in Belarus similar to Linava, which determines the activities of carriers. We talked with the President and also confirmed that there were no decisions and decrees either from the Ministry of Infrastructure or from the Presidential Administration.
